Sales Agent Josh Hommelhoff is a winner. He has done it again for us. I have negotiated several property purchases and sales with Josh over the last several years. And it gets easier, with even better results each time. Our most recent sale of an investment property was completely stress free, expedient, at an excellent price, 'off market'. Our leasing tenants were saved the inconvenience and privacy invasion of public inspections. We saved on advertising costs and property preparation/presentation hassels. We could not be happier. Josh is very professional. He never intimates a sense of false urgency or pressure and gives you space to consider issues in a sensible time frame.
