"Convenient City Lifestyle"
I lived in Raffles Plaza for 6 months which is in Buffalo Court. It is exceptionally convenient if you work in the city or enjoy dining out or nightlife. It is within walking distance to Mitchell street or a really cheap taxi fare. You are close to The Gardens Golf Course, Botanical Gardens, Casino, Mindil Beach Markets, Sailing, Ski & Trailer Boat Clubs to watch those magic sunsets & enjoy a meal. Definitely recommended for thee looking for a convenient & low maintenance lifestyle. My particular complex had really lovely & friendly people which made it great too.

- If your are on your balcony you can hear noisy people from other buildings
