"Lower priced hotels"
Compared to the hotels with ocean views and five star restaurants on The Explanade, Cavenagh Street is home to the more reasonably priced accommodation choices for Darwin. Most have pools, bars and good service. My favourite is the Mirrambeena where the staff are great. Access to the Woolworths supermarket is in Cavenagh Street, along with the bus stop that takes travellers to Mindil Beach Markets, to shop and watch the sunset.
