"Peace and quiet"
Lovely street, so quiet and close to the beautiful beach but within easy reach of amenities and with regular buses. Friendly neighbourhood spirit and everyone loves their gardens here, had no ants or pest problems but take precautions against them. There's hardly any traffic, barring locals, as it's a no through road to anywhere else but the rest of Moana South and Moana Heights, a wonderful place to live for peace and quiet.
