"Beach,Bus & Shops are all practically at your door."
Griffiths Drive is a wide main thoroughfare on the main bus route.At the interesection of Commercial Road there are traffic lights. On one corner is a small group of local shops including a Doctors Surgery,and on the adjacent corner is the Seaford Hotel and through access to the main Seaford Shopping Centre.Like much of Moana there is a strong diversity of dwellings,ranging from former beach cottages to grand upmarket homes of generous proportions.
