"Stroll to safe sandy beaches ,parks and terrific local Cafe."
Moana still retains that seaside holiday feeling.Fourth avenue is located within the area the locals refer to as "Old Survey" .It has a great diversity of dwellings from former holiday cottages to splendid modern upmarket homes of generous proportions.The residents are friendly and enjpy a real sense of community.Development has been creeping into the area for a number of years and with it the demographics have changed.The beach and recreation reserves are filled with families with young children taking advantage of the safe patrolled beaches.This is surely one of the nicest seaside areas in the south,but the secret is definitely out!
