Maidencombe Drive is part of the early 1990's Moana Heights Estate.Accordingly the majority of homes are around 18 years or so of age.While many are project builder type homes with minimal architectural flair,the location offers some of the most spectacular views you will find anywhere.The homes on the Western side of the street are the pick of the crop as they have uninterrupted sea views from the rear.
