"Great place for families with children"
The Esplanade at Moana is where it seems to be happening. There is strong development with a number of very upmarket homes and townhouses emerging in the area.Along with this is a change in the demographics of the area.The raods, public carparks & conveniences are all good.The Moana Surf Club is located in a new building and the adjacent Cafe serves good quality food in a friendly casual environmnet.The caravan park is well maintained and well run and enjoys strong occupancy particulary in peak seasons.the lifestyle is generally relaxed and friendly and the beaches are spotlessly clean and sandy and patrolled.Ideal environment for families with children. Strong growth potential for astute investors as this area is still in it's infancy.
