"Handy to the beach & bus but away from the hustle & bustle."
Jamieson Street is a quiet little backwater that has been undergoing an interesting transformation in recent years.Once predominantly consisting of basic & affordable 1970's dwellings there are now quite a few renovations & makeovers occuring as well as the emergence of several newer homes. Of the newer homes there are 1 or 2 that are quite substantial with very upmarket fittings,features and decor.As the area continues to evolve,particularly along the waterfront and adjacent streets, these homes that are now a stand out will become more common place.This re-invention of the area is very effectively increasing the median values and providing property owners very strong growth potential in the coming years.
