Reviews of Elm Street, Blackburn
"What a beautiful pocket of Blackburn"
The real estate agent told us this pocket was Blackburn's best kept secret, we thought he was telling the usual spruiker tales however now we agree!
We've been renting here for 2 years now and the children absolutely adore it. Whenever a house comes on the market nearby we go and check it out but most end of selling in the 900-1 million bracket unfortunately.
Very quiet street, great access to eastlink, all the neighhours are old mates - what more can we ask for?
Great for

"Beautiful and leafy surrounded by friendly neighbours"
We just love it. Fantastic place for families. It's a quiet suburb with a strong community feel. Lovely, well maintained buildings in a beautiful neighbourhood. Street to clear-cut its way through their leafy enclave of architects designed homes. Surrounded by reknown private schools, scattered cafés, and parks. I find it both convenient and safe. It is close to a number of major shopping centres such as Doncaster and Box Hill. It is close to all the best schools and fantastic public transport.
