"Quiet and quaint family living"
Pakenham Street is a lovely family oriented suburb that is well connected with amenities within walking distance.
Laburnum train station makes travelling a breeze.
Zoned to Laburnum Primary and Bo xHill High - this provides good options for family seeking for schools.
Pakenham Street is quiet, with little to no traffic passing through.
I would highly recommended considering this area if you were looking for a place to call home.
