"Quiet court, easy access to main roads, schools, train station and shops"
This court has a mixture of homes and units, and is located in a terrific spot. There is a small playground and access to walking tracks along Darebin Creek. St Monica's College is next door, St Peter's Primary School is close, the TAFE college is across Dalton Road, Epping Station is a 5 minute walk and Epping Plaza is a 15 minute walk. There is also Bunnings and other shops nearby, and the Northern Hospital is just past the Plaza. There are plenty of churches in the locality and a lot more, too much to list. If you want to be close to amenities, this is the place to be.
