Nice and quiet street. Close to Epping train station and bus stop in McDonald Rd. Close to IGA and food & drink shops in McDonald Rd. There is the Lowalde Recreation Reserve for sport activities and friends catching up. Cons: No BBQ, basket ball court and toilet.

Lowalde Dr is a great living option for those that are either raising families or are established.

There are Epping primary school (Greenbrook campus) and Greenbrook Preschool, walking distance to shops and a stone's throw from public transport. It is well positioned to be close to High St and Dalton Rd (train) on the south and is close to McDonald Rd (bus) to the north. Quite frankly, sensational.

In my opinion, it is the best street in Epping. I have lived in the street for nearly 5 years and it is the best place I have ever lived and as such I never plan to sell!

The street is very peaceful and quiet and does not experience a huge amount of traffic.

It's close to a lovely Lowalde Recreation Reserve. This park has an area of 8000 square metre. Its facilities include cricket oval, playground.

This street is located close by which has all the essentials such as Pacific Epping, supermarket, banks, chemists, post office, restaurants.

Quiet street with Lowalde Recreation Reserve. Good for family with kids - There's kinder and primary school on the street and not far to other schools (St Monica, etc). Working distance to Epping train station and 901 bus on McDonald Rd. This bus runs from Melbourne airport to Mill Park and Frankston...5 minute drive to Epping plaza and Mill Park Westfield...

Nice and quite street. Reserve is good for cricket and other sports.
