"Great Family Court, Helidon Grove, Jacobs RIdge Estate"

THis small very quite court is great for families, as most of the houses have at least 2 young children, we are also surrounded by open green spaces (parks). Helidon Grove is a very short drive of the proposed Mother Teresa Catholic Primary school which is opening on Eggersdorth Road in 2011 initially for Prep to year 3, then through to year 7.

There is also a brand new proposed town centre going in on Eggersdorth Road, just past the Ormeau Landscaping Centre, this town centre is meant to be a Rapid Transit Centre, with a proposed North Ormeau Train Station opening in 2016. Even though at the moment Ormeau is very quite in regards to shops ect, the area will eventually boom, last year for the first time a state of the art state high school opened, named Ormeau Woods State High which now caters for students from yrs 8 - 10., in addition to a 2nd state primary school which also opended last year called Norfolk Village state school.

Ormeau is only 12 kns north of Coomera where the new Coomera town centre will be going in, there are also a number of good private schools there, with bus services for students to Ormeau.

Ormeau is just a short drive to Jacobs Well, which is a jumping off spot for boaties heading out to Morton Bay ect.
