"Village life"
Great place for families, retirees, professional people and tradies. Close to Jacobs well for boats and fishing
Great for
- Close to M1 Half way to gold coast or brisbane
- Open spaces plenty of parklands some with BBQ and covered seating. Some with childrens play grounds
- One state high school and one catholic primary school at the edge of the estate.
Not great for
- Some noise from the M1 depending on the wind direction in some parts of the estate.
- No retail, post office or commerical or medical services this side of the M1
- Some parts of the estate only have dial up Internet connections. NBN web site does not list a construction date for comencment
