"To the cave batman!"
Karina Crescent is close to Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, shopping, restaurants, beaches and much much more. Karina backs onto a waterfront canal and is located behind cascade gardens, of which is the one downside.
When it starts to get dark all the bats fly over Karina from eating from nuts/berries from the extensive amount of trees in cascade gardens. For this reason its best to keep your car off the road and in the garage, otherwise your paintjob is toast!
