"Main river living with wow factor!"
Ever dreamt of living on main river in a suburb only minutes drive to everything you need? Also this address is located very close to brand new shopping complex its about a 2 minute walk and has food shopping restaurants etc!.
Close to the beach and city
Broad Beach main river living is now well priced thanks to the global rescession.
Rentals also good prices house worth 1.5million renting for $800-900 per week
