"Wide street in an upcoming suburb"
Several nicer and wide streets run off High Street towards Victoria Street in Thornbury. Mansfield St is one of them. There are period homes in the mix. Some restored and others with potential. It's only in the past few years that buyers started to appreciate Thornbury and its proximity to Northcote. The gentification around High St, Northcote has certainly helped to dragged it along.
