Hello,
Depending on your price range, for example if under $500k I would do a search online looking at a minimum of 2 bedrooms and then compare the rental yield in the same area. I would recommend starting over in the Western Suburbs such as Werribee, Wyndham Vale, Tarneit, Rockbank and Altona.
