Hi Kev,

There are many factors you will need to consider before purchasing your first property, in short:
1.) You should consider having 20% of the price you are planning to spend before searching for a property
2.) Where and how much can you loan?
3.) Make sure the property is over at least 40m2 for apartments(loan purposes)
4.) Make sure you negotiate with the agent face to face and bring someone who have experienced buyer properties.
