Melbourne (Greater) Region is located in the state of Victoria.
Female. Late 20s. single proffessional. Average income. (flucuating but works out to average).
-Sharehousing OK in high cost living areas. Willing to share house but not room.
-Accessibility to facilities ie shops, supermarkets, doctors, sporting classes education, adequete public transport highly important.
-Prefer somewhere I can park a car.
-Love beach.
-Love warm weather.
Dislike:
-High maintenence properties.
-Long commutes with heavy traffic.
-Country town small town gossip attitudes.
-Cold weather.
-Invasion of privacy.
-1950's attitudes towards women. (ie you are 28 where are your husband and 4 children, why aren't you a SAHM)
Non issue.
"family friendly"
High income/ low income.
Noisy/night life.
Older or average age houses. Small apartments, houses that arent flashy.
Places I have enjoyed living or working include St Kilda, (Melbourne) and South Fremantle (Perth).
I currently reside in outer Melbourne but would like to move somewhere warmer and where I am not stuck in traffic 8-20 hours a week among other things.
