Affordable builders in Mernda/ Doreen area
Mernda, VIC 3754 is located within the Whittlesea local government area, part of the Melbourne (Greater) Region in Victoria.
Hi, I'm wondering if anyone knows of affordable home builder or house and land packaged in the mernda/ Doreen area.
I have engaged with Frenken homes in south eastern suburbs. A basic 4bedroom home with them to build is 150-160k (20sq)
I haven't found any builders in mernda/ Doreen area that can build homes close to this.
I don't want to pay more then $10k sqm as this is the average.
Does anyone have suggestions on affordable builders that are reasonably priced and don't charge a limb?
