Berry Lane Estate is perfect for proximity to trains, buses, schools , childcare, Bunnings, Supermarkets, and has no through traffic. therefore only residents drive through the estate. Also only one vacant lot left for building so no pesky trades or builders clogging the roadway.

If I can only choose one, then it would be Berrylane because of walking distance from train station
