"Quiet Street close to Primary School"
Part of the Mort Estate, which has heritage listing regulations for building and renovations, which means it has some of the oldest houses in Toowoomba. Close to the Holy Name Primary School, but is a quiet street without much traffic noise.
Most houses are fairly small and many have been workers cottages.
