"Family Orientated Street - Locality"
The quiet road just off Skylark Street, is home to many stucco homes built in the 70's. Land sizes vary but most range from 600-700m2. At the end of Penguin Street is "DJ Sherrington Park" here there is a good sized skate park and plenty of room to kick a ball or walk the dog. I know one lady who lived 40 happy years in Penguin Street.
