"No bridges to main river!"
On the soutern side of Sophie avenue you have dry blocks and on the north side waterfront houses. Not only are the waterfront properties facing the most sought after aspect, they also look up the whole canal and have no bridges to main river, meaning you can keep a large sized boat here.
I remember going to an auction roughly 5-6 years ago and missed out purchasing here in the 700's. I wonder what it is worth now =)
