"Great location"
Great street - one of the best in Maylands. Enjoyed living there at 22 Stone Street for a number of years. The only downside I can see is that it is mosquito capital of Perth, so bring the aero-guard. Also the termites are numerous too so watch your wooden houses. The termites have had a great time on the house, workshop, back fence and gardens over the years.
