Patenier Street

"Quiet Friendly Street"

Our first home in Perth was in this whisper quiet family friendly street . A great benefit to such a quiet street was very few cars only the people who live in the Street . Its been some time since we moved away , however i have sold a couple of house on the street so I'm still aware of a good family vibe . The walk to newly built shopping center & Ashby Bar Bistro is a great addition to the area .;)

Conti Road

"The street with two personalities ;)"

I must admit I have a soft spot for the west end of this Rd, I lived just a few streets away when i first came to Perth and met some lovely neighbours whilst walking my dog . Conti Rd is in both Tapping and Ashby ; the north side is Tapping, over the rd is Ashby . The west end of Conti Rd is located by Conti Parkland and also leads down to the nature strip which is home to a family of kangaroo's.
The families i met surrounding the park were so friendly , they invited us to meet the neigbours by holding a BBQ in the park . It was such a lovely way to be welcomed into the community . Who knew id then go on to sell many homes & become the Number one selling agent in the suburb .
I cant drive/walk through the suburb without saying hi to several people throughout the day... A beautiful community for sure :)

Joondalup

"Great city living on your door step"

Joondalup is a very versatile satellite city located 26ks north of the CBD . Home to The Lakeside Shopping Center which is the second largest shopping mall in WA . Many more local attractions include ; Joondalup Resort Golf Club a great resource for family entertainment , pristine beaches just 5 minutes drive, Joondalup lake is a popular leafy nature walk for locals , lots of bars and restaurants, there really is something for everyone . There are a good mix of homes from town houses & apartments in City North to small and large family homes further from the City .
With many great schools to choose from one I can personally recommend is Lake Joondalup Baptist College , this is the school we chose for our son when we first arrived here in Perth . We were very happy with our choice and then chose to live within a 10 minute radius of the school

All in all a good mix of amenities, necessities, leisure, hospitality, education & nature

Tapping

"Nice to call home 🏠"

After moving to WA & renting locally we finally found our home in Tapping . We’ve been here for 10 years and definitely feel at home here , great value modern homes , many parks great schools as well as good position for the freeway and local beaches 😉

Ashby

"A small friendly suburb"

I must admit to having a soft spot for Ashby Its a small suburb adjacent to the larger suburb of Tapping . Ashby has less than 1000 houses & now has its very own neighbourhood centre including farmer Jacks groceries, Ashby Coffee House, Local nail Bar Ashbys fish n chips & The Ashby Bar Bistro . We moved to Ashby in 2008 when my family and i emigrated from the UK . We quickly found it to be a very friendly suburb . In 2009 I began selling real estate in the area and have since sold may many homes and met some really lovely people :)
