"Simply the Best!"
After living in North Adelaide from 1983 to 1999 and attending the North Adelaide Primary school I have watched this amazing suburb transform from height to height particularly in the last 5 years.
With the transformation of the old hotel "Oberoi" becoming the Apartment on Brougham" and all the amazing boutique pubs and restaurants thriving it really is a hive of activity.
With the redevelopment of Adelaide Oval under way this Suburb is only going up.

Still great value in my opinion with the area continually developing the pride of home owners is high which makes it more attractive to families and professionals that want a character home on a big block.
Well, its MY opinion because, I know a friend who actually LIVES in the area. He told me its always expensive here.
I appreciate your view but disagree some of the Eastern Suburbs are alot more expensive to purchase in but arguably worse areas
OK, I also appreciate your answer as well. Your right. Actually, the suburbs in the East are much more expensive than Prospect. That's very true. I am sorry for not thinking that before I answered. Sorry.

Pretty Handy to most things Modbury.I suppose if you want something better than Northern Suburbs but can't quite afford Payneham or St Peters It does alright in that area and as for the shopping mall It's useful I have been to Singapore and know they have similar things there but unlike in that part of the world they don't put them all within a few hundred yards of one another looking much the same.
