How can someone think they can leave a reliable review when they havent actually lived in the suburb? You didnt mention any of the facilities around, no stats except for an outdated unemployment rate (which doesnt relate to a suburbs liveability). Your suburb is newly established, hence the low crime rate over the past 5 years but yours is definitely on the rise. Thats the way with statistics. If you look at the crimes in Goodna though, theres been a significant slow down the past 3 years, which points to a gentrifying of the neighbourhoods. It is an old and established suburb which will obviously show older properties in the main streets, whose owners havent brought up to modern standards yet. All suburbs have good and bad sides, and the emphasis of the bad sides of Goodna from peoples (Non-residents) fleeting impressions is laughable. You can compare to the other reviews from actual residents in Goodna and can provide a more balanced and truthful review.
Well I dont normally feel unsafe when I visit places but I do every time I go to Goodna so thats not great is it.
I am sorry you were so afraid while visiting Goodna. Perhaps you can grow a pair of balls after you grow a brain?
A simple look at your profile shows how meaningless your opinions are. You visit a "handful of times" and feel like your opinion has value.
But your review was not entirely pointless...I did enjoy the irony when you misspelled NAPLAN. In addition to your numerous errors in grammar, spelling and punctuation, it made me laugh.
Proper grammar obviously doesnt stop one from becoming bitter :(

Since the housing crisis, it’s not even cheap to rent in Lowood now so the only positive to living there is now gone.

This is the worst suburb in Ipswich and everybody knows it. I'm sure some people have positive experiences living there but you take a huge risk moving there as you would be lucky not to get feral neighbours. It's extra cheap to live there for a reason.

the houses are close together but the neighbours are all really good so it isn't a problem as you hear minimum noise.

Brassall has a lot of good points like Woolworths, small IGA and soon to be Aldi, has McDonalds, KFC, HJ’s, Pizza Hut, Dominoes, as well as other take away shops. Doctors, gym, parks.
These days I would not like to live in Brassall as in my opinion it has declined a lot in terms of the class of people who reside there.
