"Perfect Part of ELTHAM"
Such a beautiful, lush and quiet area to raise a family. You feel up high in the valley surrounded by beautiful, homes trees and views. Close to beautiful walking tracks, schools and shops. We wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

"Leafy, Green and Oh So Quiet!"
After living inner city for a couple of years, we retreated to Eltham North for some fresh air, beautiful scenery, peace and quiet. We definitely got what we paid for with this location! While the night life does leave a bit to be desired, if you're looking for a good place to raise a family or just to have some room to move around, this is the right place.
The street is super quiet, both during the day and at night. While there are several dogs on the street, we've only heard them barking on the odd occasion and never enough to become a nuisance. The neighbors are friendly, but seem to mostly keep to themselves. The yards are big, the houses have plenty of room and everyone on the street does a great job of keeping the front of their homes nice and neat.
Whilst we've only lived here for several months, we are thoroughly enjoying the lifestyle that the Eltham area allows and look forward to many years here.

You must be kidding....worst street in Eltham. Party central, Hoon central and complete bypass to Dianond Creek couldn't get out quick enough.
