"Rural atmosphere and links with Eltham's artistic and literary past"
What a beautiful looking street. I don't live here, but I'd like to. The links with Eltham's artistic and literary past are evident inside some of the homes, and can also be found in books dedicated to the area e.g. "Nillumbik Now and Then" by Marguerite Marshall. This is old and new Eltham at its best.
