Moonya Road, Carnegie, VIC 3163

I lived on Moonya Road for a few years. It was so convenient having three different parks within a short walking distance and being able to grab a coffee at great local spots like Citizen or Left Field. The main shopping strip is about a twenty minute walk away which is a nice distance for a stroll to the shops. The only real drawbacks were that the street often got very packed with cars and it is not super close to the train station compared to other parts of the suburb.

I lived in this street few years ago. Most of the houses are 50 plus years old. Mostly units and apartments wiht few houses. People are buying houses and demolishing and building new ones. House price appreciates considerably. This street is closer to Carnegie, Murrumbeena, Ormond railway stations. Tram no. 67 is very close.
