"Up and coming family area."
.. where the local kids play cricket in the street and can ride around on their bikes. Parklands within walking distance which include basketball courts and lakes so you can feed the ducks. Still has a rural feel - with Westfield Plenty valley a 10 minute drive away. 35 mins from the city - Powlett street is where the city can meet the country. Houses are all need and tidy. I suspect it will only keep getting better.
