I retained the services of Cobden Hayson to sell my family home in Lawson Street, Balmain, purely to retain the services of Samantha Elvy.I had also, as we are all supposed to do, got two other agencies come through. To be honest, that was just ticking boxes. From the first time i met Samantha I knew that she was the right fit for me and my family. As a single parent, the pressure of raising two teenage girls and life in general, then deciding to sell our house was a lot.
