"a quiet court that is close to everythings!"
I have been living at Contessa Ct for 6 years and am still loving the location.
Very close to sanctuary lakes shopping centre (2 mins drive or 10 mins walk), close to my kids' school (8mins walk) and community centre (5mins).
Neighbours are friendly and helpful, love them.
The only thing I don't like is the lack of maintainence of some frond yards, well.... that is not my business I guess

Looking for a home in Contessa Court?
"Fairly quiet street apart from the Boguns in the middle!"
The Street is a great Court or use to be most of the time up until the noisy boguns made to much noise and the fact that the people who live in the Units or Townhouses as they like to call it down the end "Speed up and down" the court pissed me off. Apart from that, the Neighbours are great and very safe area.
