"Central & Convenient"
Quite central and well situated to have access to the Point Cook town centre and/or the freeway access. A lot of new development at the upper end (Upper Point Cook) with a lot of townhouses being built.

"Quiet with plenty of great places to dine or have a coffee with new friends."
It's very quite. Very safe place. Plenty of street lighting and street parking is also safe. Neighbours are friendly if you want a chat most of the time they will also like a good chat.
