"Disappointed"
I was living in point Cook nearly one year (in rental).
Traffic always Jam in the morning and around 4pm - 6pm, the Fwy is terrible (Too busy and many big Truck)
If I'm planing to retirees, I may think about to buy it. but now i wonn't.
