"One of the best streets in Nunawading"

Having worked in the area for a number of years now, i have seen a change in this street where there have been quite a few old proprieties that have been knocked down and re built which makes the street looks more appealing and increases the value of the area.
It is walking distance to the Nunawading train station, library, cafes, Mt Pleasant Road Primary school and homemaker centre.

It is a minutes drive to the Eastern freeway and Forest Hill chase making this very convenient for residents having options to drive or use the public transport. This street is located on the boarder of the suburbs Forest Hill and Mitcham so it is very leafy and green. There are also options for recreational activities with reserves and fitness centers close by.

There are good value rental properties in this street where you could rent a 2 bed room property for between $350 - $400 per week.
