It's so developed now. Shops everywhere, public and private hospital is bigger, Riverlee project is promising. This is great area with los of parks, playground, schools and sports facilities.

We purchased our house nearly seven years ago at Epping north ( lyndarum) location surrounded with parks, playground, shops, Medicare centres , schools, childcare,
Never had any problems or issues with neighbours all nice and quiet , we love to walk every day .

Lot's of amenities, schools and parks. Quite active area. 25 minutes drive to the city (off-peak hours).

We moved to here about 3 years ago and discovered this best kept secret. It's the perfect location with all amenities within walking distance. The local schools are excellent. Construction of New Epping is officially underway. Residents will enjoy access to the precinct’s green spaces, medical and other services including the future Northern Private Hospital, Northern Hospital and Pacific Epping Shopping Centre.

We moved to Epping almost 2 years ago and think it's perfect for us. We are a young family and love the peace and quiet that the suburb offers. The people in Epping were welcoming and very nice. The parks are lovely and clean and the kids love going to the kinder and school for socialising with their friends. Our youngest also loves doing Ballet at the local hall. Epping provides a lot to offer for the kids in terms of netball, football, all different types of dancing, etc. We will definitely be staying in Epping.

The New Epping project represents the rehabilitation and development of the former Epping Quarry.
